Fulham and Wolves are among the Premier League sides chasing Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah who could leave the Emirates this summer TEAMtalk can reveal.

The 24-year-old has fallen down Mikel Arteta’s pecking order this season and has already been informed by the Gunners that he is free to find a new club.

Arsenal are planning to sign a new striker in the summer as Brentford star Ivan Toney continues to be heavily linked, among others, so that will see Nketiah’s minutes diminish even more.

Nketiah hasn’t started a Premier League game since November, with Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus both now preferred by Arteta.

He has been at the club since his youth after being signed from the Chelsea academy as a boy and he would prefer to fight for his place at the Emirates.

However, the 24-year-old may not get his wish, with the Arsenal hierarchy looking at ways to raise funds and give themselves financial breathing room for new additions to the squad.

As previously revealed by TEAMtalk, Crystal Palace and Brentford also hold an interest in the striker.

Wolves can now be added to his list of suitors as Gary O’Neil looks to bring in competition for Matheus Cunha and Hwang Hee-chan.

Nketiah’s agents are working hard to try and find the best possible option for him in the summer, with the prospect of staying at Arsenal a possibility as his contract does not expire until the summer of 2027.

A move away from North London would probably be the best thing for Nketiah’s career, however, given that he will likely play even less minutes next term.

Nketiah, who has been capped once by England, has scored 38 times in 164 appearances for Arsenal since breaking into the senior side in 2017.

The striker has previously shown he has what it takes to be a force in the Premier League so could prove to be a valuable addition.
