Fulham and Crystal Palace are plotting moves for Union Berlin defender Danilho Doekhi ahead of the summer transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.
Doekhi, 25, is on the radar of multiple clubs in England and Europe after impressing at Union since his arrival from Vitesse Arnhem in 2022.
Palace boss Oliver Glasner is well aware of Doekhi after facing him in the Bundesliga and it is believed he is a big admirer of the centre-back.
Meanwhile, Fulham are in the market for a new central defender and have identified Doekhi as a potential replacement for Tosin Adarabioyo – who is out of contract at the end of the season.
Doekhi has made 22 appearances across all competitions for Union Berlin this term – including three in the Champions League group stages.
The 6ft 3in Ajax youth product has made almost 200 senior appearances during his time in the Netherlands and Germany and could now be set for a Premier League move.
His contract at Stadion An der Alten Foersterei is set to run until June 2025 – opening the door to a potential cut-price deal this summer.
