Fulham are hoping to complete a deal for Borussia Dortmund striker Lucas Barrios, according to reports.
Barrios, a Paraguay international, has fallen out of favour at Signal Iduna Park in recent times - and has yet to score in the current campaign despite notching more than 30 goals in each of his last two seasons.
Fulham have been looking for a striker in the current window - having failed in a bid to lure Catania's Maxi Lopez, who has since moved to AC Milan - and could see the 27-year-old Barrios as the solution to their problem.
Dortmund manager Klopp - who also agreed a new contract at the club on Monday - hinted that there will be both comings and goings at the club before the transfer deadline.
"We will have things left to do [until the end of the transfer window]," Klopp told Ruhr Nachrichten.
