Fulham and Tottenham are weighing up offers for Nice forward Alassane Plea.
The exciting 25-year-old forward is the subject of a £16million offer from Borussia Monchengladbach but wants to move to the Premier League.
Tottenham have already been linked with a £22million offer in France though maintain they have yet to make a bid.
West Ham, Newcastle United and Everton have also made enquiries about Plea who scored 21 goals last season and is rated at £26million.
Plea began his career at Lyon before moving to Nice in August 2014. The former France U21 international can play as a striker or on either wing.
Nice will be keen to keep hold of him this summer, having already lost Mario Balotelli, who left the club after his two-year deal expires this month.
Fulham are confirmed admirers of Plea who has impressed Tottenham and rival Premier League club scouts.
