Fulham are already preparing for life in the Sky Bet Championship and have targeted Stoke City's Cameron Jerome as a potential signing over the summer.
The Cottagers' relegation from the Premier League means that next season will be the first time they play outside of the top flight for 13 years. An exodus of players is expected from Craven Cottage, but some new faces will also be brought in as the club attempt to bounce back at the first attempt.
Stoke City's Cameron Jerome is one of those being linked with a move to the West London club, after Crystal Palace, where the striker spent this season on loan, decided against signing the former Birmingham City man on a permanent basis.
Mark Hughes, the Stoke boss, is not a fan of the muscular striker and intends of offloading him over the summer months.
The 27-year-old has considerable experience in the Championship, having scored for both Cardiff City and the Blues earlier on in his career.
Now it seems that the former England under 21 international will be returning to the football league after a fairly unimpressive loan spell with the Eagles, just two goals in 28 appearances, leaving him short of options in the top flight.
