Referee Robert Madley, 31 years old, refereed in the Wakefield and District League from 2001 and then the West Yorkshire Association Football League. In 2010 he joined the National List of referees in the Football League. Madley is one of the youngest officials to progress to the top-flight of English football when taking up a full-time PGMOL role in the 2013/2014 season. His older brother, Andrew Madley, is a Football League referee.
The last time Referee Robert Madley bossed a Fulham game was on the 5th November 2014 in the 2-2 home draw with Blackpool. He booked two Fulham players, Christensen and Parker, he also booked three Blackpool players with another one being sent off in the 41st minute.
Tottenham last had the pleasure of being bossed by Ref Madley in December 2016 when Spurs were beaten 1-0 away at Man Utd. He booked six player, three from each side, Walker, Rose and Wanyama from Tottenham.
Last season he refed 35 games and dished out 96 yellows and 6 reds, an under average rate of just about 2.7 yellows per game
This season so far he has reffed 21 games, dished out 90 yellows, an average rate of just about 4.3 yellows per game, and 3 reds.
