Referee Scott Duncan has been a referee since 2012 and was promoted to the Football League assistant referees list in 2010. He was a referee in the Conference League between 2008 and 2012. In 2016 while Mr Duncan was promoted Select Group 2 as a full time referee he combined his role on with his work as a part time prison officer instructor.
Ref Duncan last bossed a Fulham game in February of last season when we drew 2-2 away at Cardiff City. He booked two Cardiff players and Fulham's Piazon for a foul in the 21st minute.
Prior to this game he bossed Fulham in August 2016 in the 1-0 away win at Blackburn. Cairney scored the winner in the 94th minute and Ref Duncan booked one player from each club.
Last season Ref Duncan was in charge of our away 2-0 defeat at Derby, when he yellow carded Stearman, and our away 2-1 win away at Preston, when he yellow carded six players including Cairney, Tunnicliffe and Ince.
Ref Duncan last reffed Nottingham Forest in February 2017 when they were thrashed 5-1 away at Norwich. He booked one Norwich player, two Forest players and sent off Lichaj of Forest in the 70th minute. Ross McCormack scored the Forest goal.
Last Season Ref Duncan reffed 38 games dishing out 113 yellows, a below average 3.0 cards a game, and a massive 10 reds. Three of the reds were dished out in the Sheff Wed v Preston game in December 2016.
This season so far Ref Duncan has bossed 10 games, issuing 24 yellows, a below average 2.4 yellows a game, and 2 reds.
