Referee Tim Robinson,
a 32 years old ex-PE teacher, was appointed to the EFL referees list for the start of the 2012/13 season, taking charge of his first game between Southend United and Accrington Stanley. Ref Robinson has been selected as one of the Referee Select Group 2 who will be employed on a full time basis.
The last time Mr Robinson bossed a Fulham game was the 2-0 away win at Brentford in November 2016. He booked four players including one from Fulham, Kevin
McDonald for a foul in the 27th minute.
Mr Robinson has reffed one other Fulham game already this season when we drew 1-1 at home to Burton Albion and his inability to stop Burton time wasting was not appreciated by the home crowd.
Bristol City last had the pleasure of Mr Robinson's presence in November 2016 when they lost 2-1 at Reading and he yellow carded 4 players, two from each side.
Last Season Ref Robinson reffed 43 games dishing out 149 yellows, an average 3.5 cards a game, and a well above average 9 reds.
This season he has reffed
29 games, so far, showing the yellow card 133 times, an above average of 4.6 cards per game, and again a well above average 9 red cards.
In a League One game between Millwall and Gillingham in December 2016 he dished out 5 yellows, two of the booked players received a second yellow and therefore a red, Paul Konchesky was one of them.
