Craig Pawson has been a referee since 1993, working his way up the Football League ladder since the 2008/09 campaign.

The Sheffield & Hallamshire FA referee was placed in the Select Group of Premier League officials from the 2013/14 season. In 2015 Pawson was put on the FIFA International Referees Lis. Pawson became the seventh referee from England on the list.

Mr Pawson last refed Fulham in Jan 2018 when Fulham lost 2-1 at home to Tottenham. He booked five players including Mitrovic (74,arg) and Seri (75,f).

Prior to the Tottenham game Mr Pawson last refed Fulham in Dec 2018 when we played Fulham Broadway tMr Pawson booked three players including Odoi (54,f).

Ref Pawson has not covered a Fulham game for some years, prior to our return to the Premiership and the games noted above, with the most recent being in Jan 2014. It was an FA Cup game against Norwich which we drew 1-1. He booked one player, Fulham player John Arne Riise.

The last occasion Mr Pawson refed Liverpool was in Dec 2018 when they won 2-0 away at Wolves in the Premiership and he booked no one.
Last season, 2017/2018, he refed 34 games and dished out 112 yellows and 4 reds, so 3.3 yellows per game. This season so far it is 29 games 115 yellows and 4 reds so a higher average of 4 cards per game

His busiest game recently was Chelsea versus Burnley in August 2017 last season when he yellow carded three players from each team and sent off two Chelsea players, Cahill and Fabregas. Chelsea lost 3-2.
