Referee Lee Swabey works for the Cornwall Football Association as Referee Development Officer and began his refereeing journey at just 17-years-old, completing the FA Referees course with Devon FA and building his experience officiating in the DJM and Plymouth & West Devon Football Leagues. He then progressed to taking his first Blue Sq Premier in March 2012 and League Two game in August 2015.
Mr Swabey has never officiated at a Fulham game.
The last time Ref Swabey bossed a Crawley Town game was in March 2022 when he was in the middle for Crawley Town's 2-1 home defeat by Bristol Rovers. He yellow carded three Crawley Town players and one Bristol Rovers player
Last season he bossed 27 matches issuing 66 yellow cards and 2 reds, so 2.4 yellows per game.
His busiest game in recent times was Gillingham against Harrogate last weekend, 16th August 2022 when he booked eight players.
