Kostas Mitroglou will wait until after the World Cup before deciding his Fulham future.

Mitroglou, who moved to Craven Cottage for a club-record £12million in January, is in the Greece squad despite concerns over his fitness.

The forward has four years left on his contract but it remains to be seen whether he is willing to play in the Championship.

Mitroglou, 26, said: "I do not want to talk about next season.

"I prefer to stay committed to the national team and the big summer ahead. It is a huge honour to play in a World Cup and I want to be committed to this feast of football."

Fulham began their summer clear-out last week by releasing nine players, including Steve Sidwell, Giorgos Karagounis and John Heitinga.
