Alain Goma could make his return to Fulham's starting line-up at Elland Road.

The centre-back's left calf injury forced him to miss Saturday's rousing 2-1 home success against Newcastle, a result which almost certainly secured the Cottagers' top-flight status.

Fulham caretaker boss Chris Coleman will assess Steve Marlet's back problem.

And Coleman must also check on the fitness of Louis Saha, withdrawn after 17 minutes on Saturday, and fellow forward Barry Hayles, who made his return against United after six months out with a serious neck injury.

Goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar (broken foot) will be back in a fortnight.

Leeds skipper Dominic Matteo and Lucas Radebe are both doubtful for Tuesday's Elland Road clash with Fulham.

The two defenders, although Matteo has recently been playing in midfield, are both struggling with knee problems, with Radebe forced to miss Saturday's 3-2 defeat at Southampton.

Interim manager Peter Reid, though, is hopeful both will be able to take their place in the starting line-up.
