Fulham's Lasse Vigen Christensen ran the full pitch to score against Sheffield Wednesday
20-year-old Danish midfielder Lasse Vigen Christensen scored a terrific counter-attacking goal last weekend as Fulham beat Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship.
In a wonderful scene of defence turning into attack, Christensen dramatically lead the charge after an Owls corner was repelled by the Cottagers.
After picking up possession just outside his own six yard box, the young Scandinavian midfielder carried possession over the halfway-line before laying off a pass to Hugo Rodallega.
Rodallega then instantly played a 1-2 with Christensen, who steadied himself before scoring Fulham's third of the game.
Sheffield Wednesday lost the match 4-0.
