Fulham defender Brede Hangeland has denied reports he was to meet with Bobby Barnes from the PFA to discuss the rumoured unrest in the Fulham team.

It was reported earlier this week, mainly in the Daily Mirror tabloid, that 19-year-old Fulham midfielder Pajtim Kasami had been reprimanded and fined for his penalty miss against Chelsea in the Carling Cup and that had led to unrest in the Fulham squad.

Hangeland expressed his disappointment at the story saying "I haven't even spoken to Pajtim about this, so it's news to me that I'll be discussing his fine with the PFA."
