Nottingham Forest are interested in signing Fulham winger Adama Traore this summer, with head coach Espirito Nuno Santo keen on reuniting with the attacker.

They worked together at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

According to The Telegraph, “Forest are ready to open talks with Fulham over a potential deal.”

The Tricky Trees are prioritising a move for a winger after losing Anthony Elanga to Newcastle United and Ramon Sosa to Palmeiras.

Nuno hailed Traore as a ‘unique’ footballer and wants to work with him again if Forest can get a deal over the line.

Traore was a potent weapon for Fulham last term and could prove handy for Nottingham Forest.

The 29-year-old bagged twice and created 11 big chances in 36 Premier League appearances (only 18 came as a starter).

His speed on the counter is ridiculous, and he can eliminate defenders with a swivel.

Several clubs in LaLiga have made tentative enquiries for Traore, who has entered the final year of his deal.

Fulham are looking at wingers this summer.

They are in talks with Arsenal over a potential loan deal for Reiss Nelson, while Raheem Sterling's situation at Chelsea is being monitored.
