Fulham will continue to monitor defender Tomas Kalas ahead of the west London derby against QPR on Saturday.

Kalas has not featured in the past three matches as he recovers from a hip problem, but returned to training with the rest of the first-team squad on Thursday. Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic reported no other fresh injury problems.

The Cottagers extended their unbeaten run to 15 Sky Bet Championship games with a 2-1 win at Preston last weekend, which was a fourth straight victory.

Fulham have only lost two of their last 13 league matches against QPR (W9 D2).

Aleksandar Mitrovic has scored seven goals in his last five Championship appearances for Fulham.

Fulham have won the most games (10), points (32), scored the most goals (29) and conceded the fewest (6) among all Championship clubs in 2018.

QPR midfielder Josh Scowen was taken to hospital with a suspected appendicitis on Friday morning and continues to be assessed.

Striker Paul Smyth (toe) and defender Jack Robinson (dead leg) both missed the midweek win at Aston Villa and will be monitored.

Forwards Jamie Mackie (back) and Idrissa Sylla (calf) continued their rehabilitation with a run-out for the U23s this week, while forward David Wheeler (ankle) and defender Grant Hall (knee) remain long-term absentees.

QPR have not won back to back league visits to Fulham since January 1980 (three in a row).

The Hoops have won five of their seven Championship matches against sides starting the day in the top four of the division this season (D1 L1), including a 3-1 win at Aston Villa in their last match.

QPR have lost 19 of their last 23 away London derbies in league competition (W2 D2), though one of those wins came at Craven Cottage last season.
