Referee Robert Lewis |
Referee Robert Lewis has been a Football League referee since October 2005 for five years prior he was a ref in the Conference League. He still works mainly in League One and Two with one or two games a season in the Championship.
Ref Lewis has reffed on Fulham the
3-2 away defeat at Wolves in January he yellow carded three players, all
from Fulham, Burn, Christensen and Hyndman.
Nottingham Forest have yet to benefit from Mr Lewis's approach to refereeing.
Last season Ref Lewis was in charge of 10 games and gave out 19 yellows and 2 reds
This season he has reffed 24 games so far issuing 77 yellows, an average of 3.2 cards per game, and 3 red.

Fulham will leave it late to decide if Emerson Hyndman is fit enough to face Nottingham Forest in the Championship on Saturday.
Hyndman missed the Cottagers' draw at Ipswich on Tuesday through illness and the midfielder will have to be assessed ahead of the game this weekend.
Michael Madl is also struggling to recover from a calf problem but Tom Cairney came off the bench in midweek and should be available after overcoming a dead leg.
Fulham are 19th in the table, nine points above the relegation zone after recording three wins in a row earlier this month.

Jamie Ward and Michael Mancienne remain doubts for Forest, who have no new problems as they look to snap a eight-game run without a win.
Forward Ward (hamstring) has missed the last two matches while Mancienne's ankle injury has so far ruled the defender out of four fixtures. Both players are being monitored on daily basis.
Kelvin Wilson's back problem will keep him out but Forest were boosted in midweek by the long-awaited return from injury of club-record signing Britt Assombalonga, whose 84th-minute substitute appearance was his first taste of first-team action since February 2015.
Assombalonga will probably not be considered for a starting place but fellow striker Chris O'Grady, the versatile Chris Cohen and midfielders David Vaughan and Oliver Burke will be hoping for recalls.
