Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy will be without several key men including Jonny Williams for his side's Sky Bet Championship clash with Fulham.

The midfielder was making his first start of the season in the 3-2 win at Wigan before injuring his shoulder during the early stages of the second half, which has ruled him out for up to three months after having surgery on Tuesday.
