FULHAM
15th in Premiership
with 35 points
Position achievable
after MatchDay 33:
Highest 14th - Lowest 16th
- FULHAM and Manchester City were both in action on Good Friday, and while City were held at home to a goalless draw by Charlton, Fulham were soundly beaten, 4-1 at Everton. It means the sides are adjacent in the table, three and four places above the relegation zone, with Fulham in greater peril, four points above the trap door. Victory would see the Londoners swapping places.
-
Chris Coleman's side have only pocketed three points from the last 18 available, by virtue of three draws. Their 2-1 home victory over Newcastle on 3 February is the Cottagers' only maximum in 14 outings. They've not won by more than a single goal in 44 Premiership matches, since thrashing West Brom 6-2 in February last year.
-
The Cottagers were yet to beat Manchester City in the Premiership when they met for this corresponding fixture last season. They didn't only register a first victory over them in the top division since 1966 with a 2-1 win, they then repeated the score at Eastlands five months later.

MAN CITY
14th in Premiership
with 37 points
Position achievable
after MatchDay 33:
Highest 11th - Lowest 15th
- MANCHESTER CITY travel to west London looking to add to their seven points out of nine, which has given Stuart Pearce's side some relief from relegation fears. Clean sheets were kept in back-to-back away wins against Middlesbrough and Newcastle, in addition to the goalless home draw with Charlton. They've not conceded in 332 minutes (five hours 32 minutes) of Premiership football, since Frank Lampard's winning penalty for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on 14 March.
-
City are the only club to have won all their top tier matches this season in which they've opened the scoring (10 of 10).
-
The Citizens had the points wrapped up by half time when they met Fulham on home turf in November. Italian Bernardo Corradi scored his first two goals for the club. Now manager Pearce will be hoping to guide his charges to a first Premiership 'double' over the Cottagers since the one chalked up in 2002-03.
-
Georgios SAMARAS and Joey BARTON are City's top scorers with six goals each.
|
|
- Brian McBRIDE is Fulham's leading scorer, with 12 goals - nine in the Premiership.
-
Only Liam ROSENIOR has been on the field for every minute of every one of Fulham's Premiership matches this season.
-
Mark PEMBRIDGE needs one more appearance to total 400 in his English League career (Luton, Derby, Sheffield Wednesday, Everton and Fulham).
-
If he plays, Zat KNIGHT will be making his 150th career League appearance (Fulham and Peterborough).
-
If on the field from the outset, loanee Wayne ROUTLEDGE will be making his 100th career League start (Crystal Palace, Tottenham, Portsmouth and Fulham).
-
Michael BROWN began his professional career with Manchester City.

-
City is the only club to have one remaining ever-present in all competitions. Richard DUNNE has been on the field for every minute of every one of the Citizens' League and Cup games this season.
-
If he plays Sylvain DISTIN will be making his 200th appearance for Manchester City, and his 200th Premiership appearance (Newcastle and Manchester City).
