Head to Head
|
- Fulham's last three home League meetings with Leicester have produced
a Cottagers win, a draw and, most recently, a Foxes victory.
- The Foxes won their most recent League visit to Fulham 0-1 in the
former League - Division Two on 23 April, 1983.
- Leicester also did the 'double' that season, having already won at
Filbert Street 2-0. There won''t be a 'double' this season, as the reverse
match was a 0-0 draw.
- Fulham's only win in four home League meetings with the Midlanders
over 34 years was 3-0 in the former League - Division Two on 28 April,
1979.
- Leicester won their last top flight visit to Fulham. They enjoyed
a 0-1 victory in the old League - Division One on 20 January, 1968.
- No player has ever been sent off in this fixture.

David Pugh of Bebington, Merseyside
Not one of the top ref's Mr Pugh has taken charge of 28 games this season
60% of them in the lower divisions.
He is an infrequent visitor to Fulham games, in fact the last Fulham game
he officiated at was the 3-1 victory over Watford at Vicarage Road in
January of last year. In that game he booked Luis Boa Morte for a handball
and Sean Davis for a foul.
Nearly 70% of Mr Pugh's cards go to visiting squads so a certain lad by
the name of Savage, if he is not locked in the loo, should appear in his
book by Saturday evening.
