HEARTS star Rudi Skacel will quit Tynecastle still bitter he missed out on a glory double.

The Czech midfielder grabbed the goal that helped Hearts win the Scottish Cup and followed it up with an expertly-taken spot-kick.

But last night Skacel took a thinly-veiled dig at owner Vladimir Romanov for interference he reckons cost the Jambos an even greater shot at glory.

Skacel celebrated his first-half opener by taking off his shirt to reveal a message which read: "I will never forget. Thanks Jambos".

And after the game he all but confirmed the worst kept secret at the club - he'll be leaving in the summer.

Skacel is upset at the managerial changes enforced throughout the season, particularly the departure of his mentor George Burley.
