Fulham's Diomansy Kamara wants his team-mates to make sure they do not throw all their hard work away by ensuring that they finish seventh in the Premier League table.

The Cottagers only just escaped relegation from England's top-flight last season, but this year they find themselves on the verge of European qualification.

Although the west London side have not been prolific in front of goal throughout the 2008-09 campaign, defensively only the three top teams have concede fewer goals.

Saturday's 3-1 victory over Aston Villa at Craven Cottage moved them into seventh.

With two games remaining, Fulham find themselves two points ahead of Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United and three clear of Manchester City.

Kamara knows much can change during that short period and he has issued a rallying cry to his team-mates to make certain they do all they can to qualify for next season’s Europa League.

"It's very different to when I scored the two late goals against Manchester City [last season] - then it was amazing, the team didn't want to go into the Championship," Kamara said.

"This was easier, you're just trying to get into Europe and you're more relaxed.

"When you have a big season and beat Arsenal, Manchester United, Aston Villa, Newcastle [United], Tottenham then you need to be in Europe."
