Fulham manager Marco Silva says both sides will be looking for a reversal in fortunes when Tottenham Hotspur host Fulham on Saturday night.

Spurs haven’t won on home soil since the opening day against Burnley, whilst we’re yet to pick up maximum points on our travels.

“Two different things,” Silva acknowledged. “They have been much stronger away from home than at home, and they want to show a reaction at home.

“Of course, they lost that away game in the North London derby – it’s always very tough to do it. We all know what it means, local derbies are important derbies for any team in this league. And, of course, they want to react at home, with their fans again.

“Our away form has not been so good. We want a reaction from our last away games as well. Of course, both teams, they want to win the game. And let's hope we can.”

This fixture around the same time last year saw Fulham come from behind to earn a richly deserved draw, despite playing the final 10-plus minutes with 10 men, and Silva is keen to see similar battling characteristics on display this weekend.

“We had to compete really hard to get the result there last season, and it’s a good example for us, the way we played against them, the way we got a good result away from home, and at home [against Spurs] as well.

“And let's hope we can continue in this way against Tottenham, because it's always tough playing a team with a lot of individual quality, and very physical, too.

“They want to react and to achieve different results at home, and we want the same away from home.”

Marco Silva confirmed there are no fresh injury concerns following last weekend's victory over Sunderland.

The Fulham boss said both Rodrigo Muniz and Antonee Robinson still remain unavailable.

Robinson has no time-scale for his return but is "getting better and more confident" as he continues training on his own.
