Michael
Fiddy has decided to relinquish his position as Managing Director of Fulham
Football Club in order to pursue new opportunities.
Before Mr. Fiddy joined the club in March 2000 he had established a reputation
in the City as one of the most talented young lawyers in the specialised
field of insolvency and company reconstruction.
He was appointed to Fulham with a double brief: to help win promotion to
the Premiership and gain planning permission for building of a new stadium.

Now that both aims have been achieved Mr.
Fiddy feels that it is time to take on new challenges and experiences.
Fulham's Chairman, Mr. Mohamed Al Fayed said: " I am very grateful
to Michael for his commitment, energy and hard work. He played a big part
in the club's success. I wish him well for his future career."
Commenting on his departure, Michael Fiddy said: "It has been a privilege
to have been involved with Fulham during the incredible journey that it
has enjoyed over the last 18 months. I am grateful to the Chairman for the
opportunity to be associated with the club during this exciting period.
I would like to thank the Chairman, the Board, the players, staff and fans
for their commitment and support they have given me during my tenure. Being
Managing Director of this great club has been an honour but I now wish to
pursue other opportunities and directions that have arisen. Fulham is an
extraordinary club and I am sure that it will fulfil the dreams of everyone
associated with it."
Mr. Mark Collins of Harrods Estates will take temporary charge of business
affairs of Fulham Football Club pending the appointment of a successor.
Mark has been an active supporter of the club for over 30 years, and was
part of the team advising Mr. Al Fayed when he first became Chairman.
