Rotherham United have completed the signing of Marek Rodak on a season long loan from Fulham, subject to EFL and FA ratification.

The Slovakia under-21 international returns to the Aesseal New York Stadium after a successful loan stint last season where he helped the Millers to promotion back to The Championship via the Play offs.

The 21-year-old has been involved in Fulham’s preseason preparations, and is in line to play a part for the Millers tonight as they host Cardiff City in a friendly at the Aesseal New York Stadium.

Fulham FC statement
The Club is delighted to confirm that Marek Rodak has penned a new contract, keeping him at Fulham until the summer of 2021.

Rodak made his First Team debut for the Whites last term before heading to Rotherham United on loan, and he today rejoins the now Championship side on a similar season long deal.

Rodak became a fan favourite whilst on loan at the Millers last term, playing 38 times as they secured an immediate return to the second tier with victory at Wembley Stadium in the Play-Offs.

Everyone at Fulham wishes Marek and Rotherham all the best for the coming season.
