Nottingham Forest have signed Fulham full-back Cyrus Christie on a season long loan deal.

The 27-year-old Republic of Ireland international joined Fulham from Middlesbrough in January 2018 and has twice helped them win promotion to the Premier League.

He started his career with Coventry before a spell with Derby.

Christie is the second player to join the Reds this week after goalkeeper Abdoulaye Diallo.

Fulham FC statement
The Club can confirm that Cyrus Christie has joined Championship side Nottingham Forest on a season-long loan deal.

The formidable attacking defender has been a key part of the Fulham squad for the last few years, enjoying two promotions during his time in SW6.

The Republic of Ireland man bagged himself EFL’s Sky Bet Championship Goal of the Month back in June last season.

We wish Cyrus every success at Forest this season.
