Fulham have been drawn away in the Carabao Cup second round which will take place week commencing September 14th.

The Cottagers will be travelling up country to League One Ipswich who beat Bristol Rovers 3-0 at Portman Road

The most recent time the two teams met was in the 2017/2018 season when Fulham beat The Tractor Boys home and away in the Championship.

Going back to the 50’s there have been 29 meetings between two sides with Fulham leading with 12 wins against Ipswich's 9 wins. In the last four meetings at Portman Road, all in the Championship, Fulham have won two, drawn one and lost one.

The Third Round was also drawn at the same time so we know that if Fulham win at Ipswich they will be playing at home to League One Rochdale or Championship Sheffield Wednesday in week commencing the 23rd September.
