Fulham away at West Brom - Match Preview

last updated Friday 22nd October 2010, 5:41 PM
Unbeaten at home and looking good on the road, it has been a tremendous start for Roberto Di Matteo's West Brom. Last week's 2-2 draw at Manchester United was almost as impressive as their win at Arsenal, and the Baggies deservedly sit in sixth place.

Now Di Matteo comes up against his former Chelsea team-mate Mark Hughes, who roomed with him at Stamford Bridge. He will be hopeful of getting one over his old team-mate, given Fulham's run of 22 games without an away win.

Fulham's away form is showing signs of improvement, however. They have drawn all four matches on the road this season, holding Bolton, Blackpool, Blackburn and bottom-of-the-table West Ham.

But having lost on his last two visits to the Hawthorns with Blackburn and Manchester City, Hughes knows just how tough it will be to produce that elusive away win this weekend.
