Elsewhere in the draw ....
National League Sutton United, the lowest ranked team remaining in the FA Cup, have been drawn against Arsenal in the fifth round.
Lincoln, who knocked out Brighton, travel to Premier League Burnley.
The Sutton clash is sure to draw plenty of interest as they host an Arsenal side who won back-to-back FA Cups in 2014 and 2015.
The clash will see Arsene Wenger take his men to the 5,000-capacity Gander Green Lane to play on United's 3G pitch.
It should see the U's get a nice cash boost as the TV cameras arrive at Gander Green Lane for the second round in succession.
It is the first time in the history of the competition two non-League sides have reached the last 16.
Elsewhere the draw throws up some intriguing ties with no all top-flight fixtures in the eight games.
Manchester United travel to Lancashire rivals Blackburn and Wolves' reward for beating Liverpool is a visit from Premier League leaders Chelsea.
Oxford get North East opposition again, after conquering Newcastle, as they travel to Middlesbrough.
Championship promotion hopefuls Huddersfield host Pep Guardiola's Manchester City with Millwall playing the winner of the replay between Leicester and Derby.
The fixtures are due to be played across the weekend of February 17-20 with the television selections to decide the schedule.
