Fulham are closing in on a deal to sign Bayern Munich forward Jonah Kusi-Asare (18), according to Kerry Hau.
An agreement between all parties for a loan without a purchase option has been reached, and the deal is expected to go through.
Bayern Munich’s willingness in allowing Kusi-Asare to leave is because of the imminent arrival of Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson (24) on a season-long loan with a mandatory option to buy.
Had the Senegalese international not signed, then Kusi-Asare would play a back-up role to Harry Kane.
Werder Bremen also showed interest in the youngster, but they opted for a bit more experience in Werder Bremen’s Victor Boniace.
Slavia Prague and PSV are also clubs that have shown interest in Kusi-Asare.
