Barnsley striker Sam Winnall being sold to Sheffield Wednesday on Friday will not impact on Fulham's plans for Saturday's meeting with the Tykes.
The striker was a key player for the Yorkshire side but Barnsley will now have to do without his services after completing a move to the steel city.
Jokanovic, though, sees those situations but instead focuses on what the Whites can do, rather than worry about transfers elsewhere.
He said: “We follow all the information about Barnsley but this is not in my control. I have to work with my team and fully focus on preparing for what we must do in the game.
“Generally, this is my job and I expect after the Brighton game where we played very good football but without the result.
“We need to have the mentality of doing better and being more clinical to win the points.”
Jokanovic is impressed with how Barnsley have performed this season and knows they will pose a threat to his side.
He added: “Barnsley have won more points than us at this moment. They are a very dangerous team and they're organised.
“They're good on the counter attack. We have to concentrate. They know their strengths and will try and damage us with what they do well.
“We play in front of our supporters and our ambition is to push, dominate and win three points.”
