Former Fulham defender Liam Rosenior is being released by Ipswich as boss Roy Keane starts his Portman Road clear-out.
Rosenior, was at the Tractor Boys on a season-long loan from Reading, had established himself as Town's first choice right-back until the latter stages of the season when he fell out of favour, particularly after his performance at Watford..
Rosenior, a free agent in the summer, has been informed that Ipswich are no longer interested in signing him on a permanent basis.
The former Fulham defender said sometime ago,
"I'm not sure where my future will be but I am not worried about it.
"I have played for two great clubs in Ipswich and Reading and we will see what happens in the summer.
"Some 18 months ago I expected, and in some ways wanted to be, in this position at this stage as living on the edge can bring the best out in you."
