The Fulham keeper is worried more stars may test positive for the banned
anabolic steroid after taking vitamins provided by the national team doctor.
Lazio defender Jaap Stam became the third Dutch player following
Edgar Davids and Frank De Boer to be suspended after failing a drugs
test.
Van Der Sar said: "Everybody is the boss of his own body and everybody
is afraid.
"If you get some vitamins from the club or the national team you
expect everything has been tested. I am sure that is the case with Stam."
"It's the third case with Dutch footballers. There is probably something
wrong with some materials or something.
"I know we have used normal vitamins that have been examined by
one or two parties so that is very strange. I am going to give Jaap a
call because I am shocked."
