Divi 1 scores & stats - Barnsley v Fulham

last updated Saturday 10th February 2001, 5:15 PM

Fulham Football Club are the top club in the Nationwide league.

Another point in the bag although in better weather and a more average performance from their Keeper we should have got three. The team seems to be having difficulties since Christmas but fortunately we are not the only ones as Bolton drew at home to Huddersfield and Blackburn lost away at Nottingham Forest. We are still top of Division One of course and are 10 points clear of Bolton in second spot and now 16 points clear of Blackburn in third place. Roll on the better weather and some classy football again.

The Fulhamweb prediction for this match was 3-1 to the Cottagers with a crowd of 16750. Well the result was 0-0 in front of 14654. How did you do?

Our next match is at home to Nottingham Forest on Saturday the 17th hopefully with the return of John Collins and Bazza Hayles. We could also have the pleasure of a vist from Chris "Cookie" Coleman.

Say ... We are top of Division One after just over half of the campaign, have lost only two game, have the best goal difference and the leading scorer in the Premier and Nationwide leagues.
