Coleman, who broke his leg in an horrific car crash, made his comeback two
weeks ago and has had a further run-out for the reserves, but reported no
after-affects after his first full game back.
And Fulham's reserve team manager Steve Kean believes it was a huge step
on the comeback trail, even though Coleman himself says he will not be
ready for first-team action until next season.
He said: "I can¿t see Chris playing in more difficult conditions
than that. He came through 90 minutes on a pitch that was rock hard. He
can only go forward from that.
"It was important for him to get his first 90 minutes under his
belt in only his third game."
Result: Fulham 3 Tottenham 1
Scorers: Mark Hudson, Elvis Hammond and Luke Cornwall
Team: Taylor, Hudson (Rehman), Green, Coleman, Knight, Shevel (Leacock),
