Fulham striker Bobby Zamora is ready to answer the Call of Duty tomorrow night - after playing it on the Xbox.

The Fulham striker has been told by Fabio Capello he will start for England against Sweden at Wembley.

And Zamora has been practising his aim playing the video-game shoot-em-up with his team-mates in his hotel room.

He said: "I'm looking forward to it. I can't wait for the opportunity. I'm ready now. I want to play.

"Some of the boys have been playing computer games. Darren Bent is not bad at the new Call of Duty.

"I didn't bring my Xbox but a lot of the lads did. When you're in your room a lot you look for things to do to kill time.

"That's what the boys do. It's a relaxed feeling about the camp and we topped it off with a good win over Spain."

Zamora aims to grab his chance with both hands when he wins only his second cap in tomorrow's friendly.

He said: "Every game does feel like a trial but you have to take your chance and that's what I intend to do.

"You're training with the best, it's a good education and I'll do my best when the chance comes."
