Fulham striker
Calum Willock |
Fulham striker Calum Willock has been cleared to play in tonight's Carling Cup clash between Bristol Rovers and Brighton.
The Cottagers, who had agreed to a one month loan for the young striker last week, had originally refused to allow him to become cup-tied.
But they relented yesterday, and the six-footer, who has made five appearances for Fulham and had a brief loan spell with Queens Park Rangers last season, is now hoping for a starting place at the Memorial Stadium
Boss Ray Graydon could decide to pair Willock with summer signing Junior Agogo.
"I think playing those two together would cause a problem for defenders," said Graydon. "If I was a centre-back and if I had those two against me I would be worried. They're both strong and both have real pace."
