Fulham boss Martin Jol is reportedly looking to sign Valenciennes' holding midfielder Carlos Sanchez for Fulham before the transfer window closes.
Reports in the French media claim that the 25-year-old, who has won 25 caps for Colombia, is on the shopping list of the Cottagers' chief, while Valencia, Bruges, Genoa, Sevilla and Udinese are also thought to be interested.
Sanchez is out of contract in the summer and it is thought the French outfit would like to secure a fee for the player to avoid losing the prospect of him leaving on a free transfer.
The reports claim Sanchez, who has made more than 125 league appearances for Valenciennes since joining in 2007 from River Plate de Montevideo, will consider his various options before deciding where his future lies.
