Former Fulham striker Geoff Horsfield is likely to continue up front for Birmingham as the Blues take on the Cottagers at St Andrews.
Horsfield partnered Peter Ndlovu last week as the Blues kicked-off their Division One campaign with a 0-0 draw against QPR. And boss Trevor Francis will be hoping his new hitman will relish the challenge of facing his former team-mates as they seek their first win of the season.
Francis is however without another striker in Dele Adebola, who has not been included in the squad to the face the Cottagers due to a niggling groin injury.
Midfielder Martin O'Connor will also miss the visit the visit of Jean Tigana's side after suffering a similar injury. But Andrew Johnson is fit to take his place in the squad after passing a fitness test on his troublesome groin.
Fulham are missing veteran German striker Karlheinz Riedle for their trip to the second city.
The former Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool hitman has been ruled out with a shoulder injury and could be out of action for a couple of weeks.
Manager Jean Tigana is also without the services of Californian Eddie Lewis and Simon Morgan.
Lewis is away on international duty with the USA and Morgan has suffered a knee injury.
The Cottagers began their Division One campaign with a 2-0 victory over Crewe last weekend. Barry Hayles and Louis Saha were the men on target as Tigana began his Craven Cottage reign in fine style.
