 | | Brighton boss Micky Adams could add former
Fulham captain Simon Morgan to his championship-winning squad. The Seagulls supremo had preliminary talks with the 34-year-old at Craven
        Cottage on Monday.

Morgan, who has just been released by the First Division champions, was
Fulham's captain when Adams guided them to promotion from Division Three
        in 1996-97.

The central defender or midfielder, a former England under-21 international,
said: "I feel I have at least one more season left and I would always
regret it if I retired now.

"When I snapped my cruciate ligament last September, I honestly thought
I would never play again, so at the moment I feel I have been reprieved
and must make the most of this new chance,"
