Teddy may be ready
for Fulham

Fulham are planning a summer raid for Manchester United striker Teddy Sheringham
- the man who knocked the Cottagers out of the FA Cup.
Sheringham struck a late winner for United at Craven Cottage last week and immediately
became Jean Tigana's top target for next season.
The Craven Cottage boss plans to make the Manchester United star an offer he
cannot refuse at the end of the season.
Tigana wants Sheringham’s experience for the next two years while Fulham become
adjusted to life in the Premiership if, as expected, they go up.
The veteran striker is out of contract in the summer, having negotiated a one-year
extension last season and Fulham are hoping to pounce if the player fails to
agree a new deal at Old Trafford.
Fulham have asked to be kept informed of any developments and are prepared to
hand the player a whopping £1.5million a year.
