Fulham strikers Barry Hayles and Louis
Saha are equal 4th favourite to be the first player to score today at White
Hart Lane behind Ferdinand, Sheringham and Rebrov of Tottenham but only
by one or two points. Our Bookie friends seem to believe that our strikers
are better than Spurs, regardless of our lower scoring rate, as home advantage
must be worth more than a point. It is also interesting to see that Bazza
is gaining recognition by the experts who are now rating him as likely as
Louis Saha to score the first goal.
Louis is best price at 15/2 with Victor Chandler as is Barry Hayles. Steeeed
Malbranque is 16/1 with Corals, Ladbroke and Littlewoods while Sylvain Legwinski
is 25/1 with Wm Hill.
William
Hill are also quoting prices for the club and player to score the first
goal today which will be the 10,000th goal in the Premiership. Fulham are
quoted at 22/1 while Louis Saha is quoted at 33/1, Luis Boa Morte and Bazza
Hayles at 50/1 and Steeeed Malbranque at 100/1!
