Karl Heinz Riedle could be set to make his long awaited return to action this afternoon as Fulham's reserve team take on QPR at Motspur Park.

The former German International has been out injured all season and only last week newspaper reports suggested that the striker may consider retirement at the end of the season unless his luck with injuries changed.

However, Riedle has battled back to fitness and could yet figure in Jean Tigana's first team plans before the season comes to an end.

Also in line for a recall to the team is Paul Peschisolido who recently returned to Fulham after a loan spell with Rangers.
