It seems that Fulham boss, Lawrie Sanchez, has captured another transfer target.

The on/off saga of QPR winger Lee Cook is reported to be ended with a £2.5m transfer to Craven Cottage.

Cook is said to have finally been won over with a 500% pay increase from £4k pw to £20k pw.

As QPR chairman Gianni Paladini said: “I admit there is not a lot you can do when a Premier League club offers five times what you can pay him.”

Fulham have been chasing the QPR star all summer with two bids having previously been rejected.

The Cottagers have been one of the more active Premiership clubs in the current transfer window with 6 players already signed for an estimated £20m

David Healy [Leeds] £2m - Paul Konchesky [West Ham] £3m - Chris Baird [Southampton] £3m
Steven Davis [Aston Villa] £4m - Aaron Hughes [Aston Villa] £1m - Diomansy Kamara [West Brom] £6m
