Fulham have now been linked with the Panathinaikos keeper Antonis Nikopolidis.
He is a very experienced goalkeeper who has spent the majority of his career at
Panathinaikos since his move from ARTA. A good, tall and solid keeper and the
club's first choice.
In March 2001 the keeper was approached by Bolton, and the Greek club stated that
they would not stand in the player's way if he wanted to go.
