Sahnoun to return to Bordeaux

Defensive midfielder Nicolas Sahnoun can't
be acquired by Fulham at the end of his loan period.
On loan since last October from the Girondins of Bordeaux Fulham Boss Jean
Tigana gave, 20 year old Nicolas two starts in the league with five appearances
as a sub.
Sahnoun must therefore pursue his career at Bordeaux. "The Board at
Bordeaux had refused to allow Fulham to have a purchase clause in the loan
deal. That position did not change. Also I feel like going back Bordeaux,
he has declared.
I went to Fulham for a season in order to acquire experience. I will come
back to Bordeaux aiming to make it into the first team next season."
Prior to his loan at Fulham Sahnoun had appeared only once in the first
team, which was against Florence in the Champions League last season. |
