Watford boss Graham Taylor just heads off Jean Tigana as Nationwide manager of the month for Division One in September.

Taylor bagged the award after Watford continued their impressive start to the season.

Watford gained three of their four victories during the month away from home to leave them within two points of high flying Fulham.

Reading's Alan Pardew took the Division Two honours while Brighton's Micky Adams was named manager of the month in Division Three.
