Man City boss Stuart Pearce is reported to be interested in taking Chelsea defender Wayne Bridge, currently on loan at Fulham, to Manchester City during the summer.
Eastlands boss Pearce has been linked with Fulham players in the past and now even players on loan to Fulham seem to attract him.
Pearce is hoping that a bid of £6m will be enough to prise England left-back away from Chelsea but he is likely to struggle matching Bridge’s wages of around £40,000 a week.
