Fulham defender Kit Symons has been told he can leave Fulham on a free transfer
— as soon as boss Jean Tigana has added another defender to his ranks.
Kit, a Welsh international, joined Fulham in 1998 on a free transfer from
Man City and played a crucial part in the early stage of the Fulham revolution.
During the Division 2 promotion year he scored 11 goals and played in some
57 games.
Following the arrival of first Chris Coleman and then Alain Goma Kit has
been relegated to the reserves.
