Fulham left-back Jon Harley has joined Sheffield United on loan.
He returns to Bramall Lane for a second spell after playing for the Blades last season.
Harley has agreed a one-month deal which could be extended as Neil Warnock looks to strengthen his defence after losing Robert Page and Mike Whitlow to injury.
"We were absolutely delighted to get him. We were looking for a centre-half but Jon was available and said he was desperate to come back," Warnock said
"In fact he's asked if he can stay longer than the initial month we have signed him for."
The paperwork on Harley's signing should be completed in time for him to play against Rotherham at Bramall Lane on Tuesday.
